The BEST fish n chips i ve ever had, white fish meal was a huge perfectly fried pcs, served on fries with amazing slaw, ask for extra tartar, its the real deal, just wicked fish.

Fish is always consistently good.Fries can be great or lackluster....mind you I never don't finish them.Gluten free fish batter is a great alternative for family members. Nice views from balcony, steps from water. Lovely sunsets - although this picture is in winter, so sun is further south than summer.

Just had their fish and chips during take-out only and it was perfection. Hot, perfectly cooked and the portions were great!

Big portions for the fish and chops. Loved the cod and the seafood chowder. So delicious. Nice patio though not very large though able to accommodate us for late lunch

We had the haddock with fries and coleslaw, and cod with fries and baked beans, and dessert was a lava cake and deep-fried cheesecake. The portions have downsized since the new owners' menu has been out, but honestly it's just more reasonable than it used to be. No pile of fries worth 3 days of calories. The restaurant is also much brighter than it used to be. The walls and seating have been given a bit of attention, and the lightbulbs changed or something. It still has the English pub feel, the bar is still surrounded in memorabilia.The new menu has much more variety, and we've found a few favourites already. Pickle fries are a must, and friends have tried and loved the chicken and waffles. Overall, a really nice new place.

Nice little place in Kincardine. Fish and chips was all I got. A bit greasy and the batter was too thick for my liking. Good coffee.

My husband and I were the only people waiting to be seated Saturday July 13th around 1:30 p.m. The restaurant was busy and we waited for approximately 15 min. while servers continued to bypass us. A young lady with brown hair finally stopped and said that she wasn't sure if there were any tables and that there probably wasn't. I asked how long the wait was, and she said they didn't have any tables. We walked out onto the deck and another server said there were definitely open tables. My husband is black...we get the hint!! Wow! did not expect to be rejected by this establishment in our home Ontario!!??? REALLY!!!??? I will never set foot upon your doorstep again :( SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Ordered take out was told it would be around 15 minute, was left waiting half an hour without an explanation. Ordered a cod and a haddock, when I opened the bag they hadn't bothered including a identifying which was which. No cutlery included either. This place is also insanely expensive - $40 for 2 lots of fish and chips is a joke - there is somehow no difference between eat in and take out prices.

Diligent about keeping everyone safe. Lovely crisp batter on my haddock and food was really hot. Batter was still crispy for the last bite of fish (2 pieces for me).

Great prices and large portions and the food was great along with good service! I’ve never been able to get a 3 large piece fish and chips with two sides for $21 ever accepted this place! The potato skin were great also!

By far the best fish ‘n chips in Ontario! My kids aren’t fans of fish but they loved it. Service is amazing and friendly too.

Nice view, close to everything, ok food, cheap

Even with social distancing in place due to Covid -19, The Erie Belle is set up perfectly with outdoor dining tables and take out of their delicious food! With our take out of haddock and chips we each had 2 generous sized pieces of fish nicely battered and cooked. As always LOADS of fries and yummy homemade slaw and tartar sauce. The prices are reasonable, service was fast, they never disappoint!

Went there for a motorcycle ride with a friend .was told about the place from a nother friend fish and chips were outstanding good portions and worth every cent will definitely go again soon

Excellent fish and chips with a really nice patio view of the bridge and lake. Fish and chips were delicious and the portion sizes were also generous.

I would go again and was impressed with their protocol of serving and wiping down things.

Odd quirk of mine: I save my favourite parts of every meal to eat last. Normally that's fries, wherever I go. But not here. At Erie Belle the fried perch from the Seafood Platter is always the last to go down! Fantastic value too! And that's to take nothing from their banging fries, too!

We ordered takeaway fish n chips last night to each at the lake. The food was great.They lose 2 stars NOT including: cutlery, or napkins. Luckily I asked for ketchup, vinegar, and tarter sauce or we wouldn't have had any of those items.

Love this place! We eat in and take-out, probably more than we should. We are Brits and finding a good place for a taste of back home "chippy food" is a must. We always enjoy the fish and chips. The batter is nicely crisp with good flavour and I love the chips. Add a side of mushy peas and a bitter-shandy and I am a happy thing. They used to do a pie and chips, which I loved -sadly no more. Front of house and back of house staff are always friendly and professional and provide great service no matter how busy. They are a credit to the Erie Belle. I look forward to many more meals!

I have Ate her many times over the years and make it a point to stop in for the fish and chips when in Kincardine for the car show. There are always lots of people here and that certainly tells you that the food is great. After 5pm good luck getting a seat. I have been known to eat here for supper then get a take out order to take all the way back to Cambridge for my supper the next day. The fish is great. I prefer to sit indoors rather than out. Nice decor and atmosphere. I always stop in here and will continue to do so, possibly as early as this Friday night for the car show.

Great food and service! I got the Perch fish and chips and it was excellent. My family of picky eaters ate with no complaints as well, which says a mouth full.

Went there two nights in a row! The fish and chips, I had the haddock, was amaaazing! The fries are awesome and the black lager beer was great. The staff are very nice and they provided water for our dogs as well! Absolutely suggested, the price is good, the food and service is amazing and the place itself is really nice.

Best fish and salad combo I have had in years. Hot. Not greasy. Sizeable portions. Fast...but not too fast if you know what I mean. A bit pricey given side limitations but in the end quality was worth it. Definitely a recommendation.

I really liked the batter on the fish and chips. Really crispy but not oily. Lots of flavour. The creamy coleslaw was great. The deep fried clams and calamari were also quite tasty. Definitely try it if you're in the area.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere was great. The food is reasonably priced for seafood. The quality of the food was superb and very well done. The batter is light & airy, and the chips are perfectly cooked and season. This is a great place to go to in all seasons, but it's the best during summer time.

My Grandparents lived in Kincardine. Every summer we would come visit for a few weeks. We visited this place all the time. I have never had a better fish and chips.

They have a pet friendly patio and had great service and great food! They even brought the dogs a water dish with ice cubes and water to keep them cool, which I thought was awesome!
